CMLC is a participant in the Georgia Pre-K Program, which is an educational initiative funded by the Georgia Lottery for Education. The program provides Georgia resident children with high-quality preschool experiences to prepare them for Kindergarten and life. The goals of the program are to promote growth in language and literacy, math concepts, science, arts, physical development, and personal and social competence. Pre-K programs are full day programs. The core instructional program is 6.5 hours each day, five days a week, 180 days a year.
